This sport is exploding! You can't drive through a city that has water in or near it these days without spotting what looks like surfboards on cars. Difference is, the boards are a bit longer, thicker, and wider than a surfboard.
Events are held on "flat water" to make learning more enjoyable. The head to toe workout is said to be "no impact", meaning is doesn't shake up your knees and other joints, and has been touted as great exercise for people with back problems!
