Archery is a year-round sport fun for all ages and all levels. Archers learn to tune out all distractions, focus on their form, and release the bowstring consistently. Concentrating during archery practice can help you focus better in other areas of life too. Strengthen your arms, core, hands, chest and shoulders by practicing a proper draw. Besides working your upper body by drawing your bow, you can expect to walk a lot when moving between targets. Competing in tournaments is also good practice for coping with high-pressure situations.
Join Ben and others at locations like the Maya Archers facility in Roseville. It’s all about enjoying time together, getting some exercise outdoors in God’s Creation, and having fun. Our motto says God Created the Earth...ride it climb it catch it explore it protect it. The Archers say “Fling it!”
