REFUND POLICY: Refunds will only be possible if the cancellation is called in 14 days or more in advance of the date of the event.

THE CAMPING EXPERIENCE
The plan is to have each camper sleep in the cabins provided. We believe this will add to the camping experience. However some parents may wish to spend the weekend. For parents wanting to bring RV’s, you can reserve a campsite  at Putah Canyon Rec Area (only 1/4 mile away).  There is tent space available for parents at the camp - please connect with the leaders to reserve. We do have room for volunteer parents in the cabins but you will be subject to a background check. Parent volunteers will be asked to take shifts watching over the campground during the night.

COACHING & SUPERVISION: All-night, two-person security will be provided. Safety instructions will be an integral part of all presentations. Volunteers provided by co-sponsor SonRise Community Fellowship Church in Vacaville. Camp directors are Dick Gold & Sean Moffett.
