Running is a year-round sport guaranteed to help every athlete from every sport to keep their endurance up, keep their body-fat down, and keep their attitude balanced and optimistic!
Haven’t run in years? No problem! Start with short distances at a slow pace and soon yourbody will begin to reshape itself and you’ll be cruising along with friends for mile after mile.
Join us training runs at least twice a week most weeks and then join some of the group on a fun 5k,10k, a relay, or more. We have some of the best running instructors in the sport who would love to encourage you and connect you to the Bayside Adventure Sports Running Group.
